Myths About Chatbots or What Clients Tell Us
Myth #1. A chatbot is a ready-made functionality at a fixed price.

No, that's not true. Like any other development, creating a chatbot is estimated in programming hours and depends on the complexity of the task. There is no ready-made functionality from Telegram or Viber — everything is programmed individually or assembled using a constructor (in our company, this approach is used very rarely).
Myth #2. A chatbot is a complete replacement for a human.

This is not entirely correct. A chatbot can automate certain tasks that are set in its program. Yes, it takes over some of the routine workload or even completely excludes a person from certain processes: for example, in reports, applications, or reminders. But it won't be able to solve all issues instead of a live employee.
Myth #3. Chatbots for Viber are paid

No, that's not true. We are often asked: "Is it true that chatbots on Viber are paid?"
We have repeatedly sent official requests to the Ukrainian office of Viber and received a response that creating a chatbot on Viber does not cost any money.
However, this myth does not apply to paid mass messaging to a database of numbers in Viber or WhatsApp — these services are paid.
Myth #4. Chatbots generate traffic

In fact, chatbots are not a tool for generating traffic, but a modern solution for processing it. To attract clients, it is better to use Google ADS, SMM, and other marketing tools. No product organizes such quick contact with a client as a chatbot, and it is also excellent for fast repeat sales.
