About the company NFM AGRO
NFM AGRO is a Ukrainian distributor of agricultural machinery and an official Case IH partner. Sales managers work with high-value equipment, regional clients, land bank context, contracts, logistics and multi-step approvals, so the sales process needed a reliable mobile-first operating system.
Challenge: machinery sales automation
Develop a centralized CRM for the full agricultural machinery sales cycle with these requirements:
- Contractors, price lists, events, needs, requests, contracts and specifications
- Roles for managers, directors, logisticians and security teams
- Two-way integration with ERP and other company products
- Mobile access and offline synchronization
- Long-term support and phased product development
Solution: mobile CRM, Telegram and ERP
We built a closed iOS and Android mobile app, a Telegram bot with simplified functionality for selected roles, and a web admin panel for access control, data exchange and analytics. The main tool is a corporate mobile app published in the App Store and Google Play; Telegram handles short approval scenarios. Development exceeded 1,500 hours, with 12 months from initiation to the first publication and regular releases after launch.

Mobile CRM for field managers
The contractor section stores full client context: machinery, land bank, districts and planned events. A manager sees the client in the context of available equipment, needs and scheduled contacts, turning a contractor card into a sales workspace rather than a simple contact directory.

The machinery catalog shows type, manufacturer, price, availability, location, parameters and photos. It synchronizes commercial and technical data so the required information is available without switching between separate systems.

Needs and events help managers capture client requests and start the sales process. A recorded need becomes the basis for a calculation request, machinery demo, specification and later contract. Managers control subordinate processes within their roles.

Requests pass through security, logistics, manager and director approvals. Telegram simplifies approvals for roles that do not need the full mobile CRM interface.

Approvals, offline mode and ERP
The admin panel manages roles, ERP data exchange and system analytics. The back office complements the mobile CRM and gives responsible managers tools to monitor integrations and system usage.

For selected roles, request approvals were moved to a simplified Telegram bot. Push notifications inform users about planned events, request or contract status changes and required approvals, so each role receives the signal exactly when the next step depends on them.
Offline mode stores data locally and allows users to create, edit or delete most entities without a network connection. When connectivity returns, changes synchronize with the server.
Two-way ERP exchange updates reference data and business information, while the internal REST API connects CRM with other company products in a single ecosystem.
A modular UI and shared component standards support continuous product development. Large business-logic blocks were released every one or two months, with smaller fixes and improvements in between.
