We built open chatbots for Viber and Telegram with full online-store functionality and a multifunctional admin panel for orders, bonuses, users and broadcasts.

Two chatbots include a full product catalog with categories regularly synchronized with 1C.
The cart is saved, so users can return to a purchase after closing the bot.
The referral system shows bonus accrual history and lets users receive rewards from invited customers’ purchases.
Bonus points synchronize with the company’s internal product and can be used for purchases.
Admin panel and integrations
The protected admin panel gives complete information about users, orders, bonus operations and 1C synchronization.
For every user, the team can see contact data, order history and bonus-point accruals.
Orders are sent to 1C, while the panel shows their status and synchronization state.
A broadcast can include a specific product, a transition button and a personal message to the user.
Administrators can edit bot texts and service messages, including Nova Poshta delivery-status notifications.
